Pricing
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to plan your wedding or event for up to 225 guests with TownHall Texas! The first step is to be transparent with our pricing. All of our pricing and package options are broken down for you to see, separated by the type of event you're looking to host. Our 17-hour wedding rentals include exclusive access to our entire property including your choose of reception hall, four unique ceremony sites, and two getting ready cabins. Our 8-hour party rentals include exclusive access to your choice of hall and all of our outdoor areas. Our corporate events are typically given a customized quote, based on your requests, or choose our party rental if it fits your needs! We also have Holiday Party Packages preset and ready to go for your company's lunch or dinner party!

Our flexible rental options allow us to provide as much, or as little, as you'd like us to. In addition to what we can already provide, we've had people bring in everything from bounce houses to mechanical bulls to petting zoos so if you're looking to do something unique at your event, you just have to ask!

Location, Location, Location
TownHall Texas has an unbeatable location, less than 4 miles from I-45, while still giving you the feel of a peaceful, country venue. With our close proximity to The Woodlands, there are plenty of options for your out-of-town guests. We are only 5 miles from The Woodlands Waterway and have over 20 hotels to choose from within 6 miles of our venue. We've worked out special rates with the two closest hotels (both about 3.5 miles away), one of which includes a shuttle for you and your guests to use!

Photos at TownHall Texas
Are you a photographer interested in taking photos at our place? Looking to shoot a video and need a unique background? We would love to have you out! We ask for a fee of $50 per hour, which includes access to all of our indoor and outdoor areas. Sessions with multiple photographers are allowed. Photo sessions are by appointment only and are not done on days we have events scheduled. Please contact us to schedule a time.
