All 2025 Party Special Rentals Include:

Gorgeous 10-acre setting with stocked 2-acre pond (fishing allowed)

Exclusive Venue Access for a total of 7 hours:

2 hours immediately prior to decorate (as early as 8am)​

4 hours for party (ending as late as midnight)
-
1 hour immediately after to pack up (as late as 1am)

6,000 sqft San Jan Jacinto Hall (new building; up to 200 guests)

Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs

Bring in your own vendors (other than alcohol)

TownHall Texas staff members on site during entire event

Bartender(s) included with all rentals with bar packages

Up to 200 Guests $2,000
All pricing includes sales tax. No additional fees added.
Payment Policy: A down payment of 50% is required to hold date. The balance due is 30 days prior to event.
Alcohol Policy: All alcohol MUST be provided and served by TownHall Texas. Additional alcohol absolutely cannot be brought on to the property (TABC rule, not ours).
