Choose Your Hall: Lone Star Hall (Rustic Dancehall for up to 100) or San Jacinto Hall (Modern Farmhouse for up to 225)

Our flexible rental options ensure you are only paying for exactly what you would like us to provide! 

On average, our 2023 couples spent approximately $14,000 for their wedding at TownHall Texas and add on about 6 services.

If you're looking for a Micro Wedding or Ceremony Only option, we can do that as well!

  • 17-hour exclusive access (8am-1am) plus up to 4 hours the day before (if available)

  • Staff member(s) on site all day plus Bartender(s) for 5-hour reception

  • All alcohol provided by TownHall Texas plus no restrictions on outside vendors

  • Special discounted rates for wedding-weekend rooms at two nearby hotels (one with shuttle).

All-Inclusive Wedding Package

In addition to everything included with our Venue Only rental, this package also includes:

  • DJ/MC for ceremony and reception; uplighting for San Jacinto Hall

  • Buffet-Style Catering with choice of 4 different caterers, charcuterie boards for cocktail hour, non-alcoholic beverages, and upgraded disposable dinnerware

  • Cake: 3-, 4-, or 5-tiered cake or cupcakes

  • Flowers for ceremony and reception

  • Day-Of Coordinator to setup all of your decorations and walk you through rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Linens: tablecloths, overlays, and/or runners for all of your tables; cloth napkins for San Jacinto Hall

  • Décor Package: variety of décor items includes wood slices, 14" mirrors, mason jars, marquee signs, lanterns, votive candles, and more

  • Full Open Bar: Extensive selection of beer, wine, and liquor along with a variety of mixers and garnishes

Multi-Day Rentals

Looking for more time than our one-day 17-hour wedding rental?  

​

Our Multi-Day Rentals give you access to the entire property the day before your wedding from 12pm-10pm to decorate, rehearse, and host your rehearsal dinner in the hall you aren't using for your reception.  You'll have the same 17-hour access on the day of the wedding.

​

With our three-day rentals, you'll also be able to come back the following morning from 10am-12pm to pack up all of your personal belongings.

An additional fee of $1,000 per holiday will apply if any of the following holidays are included with your Wedding or Multi-Day Rental: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, or Fourth of July.

Micro Weddings
 
Looking for a Micro Wedding Venue?  Choose from an intimate ceremony only or ceremony and reception for up to 25 guests.  This rental option includes access to the entire property (except San Jacinto Hall) for up to 3 hours for a ceremony only or up to 5 hours for a ceremony and reception. 
 
We will set up your ceremony site with chairs (or benches in the chapel), lanterns,
and two whiskey barrels.  You are more than welcome to bring in additional décor. 
We can also provide an indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speaker for music.

If you'd like to have a reception after your ceremony, including food and drinks,
hourly pricing is the same as above, with a $500 fee added.  
Includes everything above as well as tables, chairs, ivory or white tablecloths, and a bartender
either inside Lone Star Hall or outside.  Venue rental may be extended up to 5 hours.

*Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in Peak or Off-Peak months cannot be booked more than 3 months in advance of Micro Wedding date.  Paid time includes entire time on the property.  Please keep this in mind if you are planning to set up any decorations or get dressed on site.
