Wedding Pricing

TownHall Texas offers a wide variety of wedding packages, perfect for your rustic wedding for up to 125 guests!  Our packages range from Venue Only/DIY up to All-Inclusive and anywhere in between.  Our flexible rental options ensure you are only paying for exactly what you would like us to provide!  If you're looking for a Ceremony Only option, we can do that as well! 

wedding Packages

Venue Only/ DIY

  • 17-hour exclusive access (8am-1am) to entire  10-acre property including bridal and groom's cabins, climate-controlled barn, four unique ceremony locations (open air chapel [covered], palapa on the island [covered], gazebo, and Old Western town), outdoor bar pavilion, and stocked 2-acre pond

  • Up to 4 hours the day before (based on availability) to decorate and rehearse

  • Unlimited contact and visits throughout planning process.

  • Use of property for engagement and/or bridal portraits (up to 2 hours each)

  • Use of Award-winning 1954 Chevy truck for photos

  • Tables (60" round or 6' rectangular) and chairs (white resin for outdoor, brown wooden for indoor)

  • Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and anything else we provide

  • Staff member(s) on site all day including parking attendant and cleanup crew

  • Bartender(s) included for 5-hour reception

  • Ability to bring in your own alcohol.  (All weddings serving alcohol must have security for last 4 hours.)

  • Special discounted rates for wedding-weekend rooms at two nearby hotels with shuttles.

All-Inclusive Wedding Package

In addition to everything included with our Venue Only rental, this package also includes:

  • DJ/MC for ceremony and reception 

  • Buffet-Style Catering with choice of 4 different caterers, hors d'oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, and upgraded disposable dinnerware

  • Cake: 3-tiered cake or cupcakes with buttercream frosting

  • Flowers for ceremony and reception; includes bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony decor, and centerpieces

  • Day-Of Coordinator to setup all of your decorations and walk you through rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Linens: tablecloths, overlays, and/or runners for all of your tables

  • Candle Package: lanterns and votive candles

  • Decor Package: variety of decor items includes wood slices, mason jars, marquee signs, and more

If you don't need everything that's included with the All-Inclusive Package, you can customize a package with just what you need us to provide.  Just start with our Venue Only pricing, then add on any combination of items below.

Ceremony Only

Includes access to the entire property (including bridal and groom's cabins) for up to 3 hours for up to 25 guests. 

 

We will setup your ceremony site with chairs (or benches in the chapel), lanterns, and two whiskey barrels

You are more than welcome to bring in any additional decor you would like. 

We can also provide a large Bluetooth speaker for music.

*Must be booked within 3 months of ceremony date.  Paid time includes entire time on the property.  Please keep this in mind if you are planning to set up any decorations or get dressed on site.

ELOPEMENT PACKAGE

Perfect for a "cake and punch" style intimate ceremony and reception. 

Includes everything above as well as tables, chairs, and ivory or white linens inside the reception barn. 

Venue may be rented for up to 5 hours. 

Pricing is the same as our Ceremony Only rental, with a $200 cleaning fee added.

If you're planning to provide alcohol, a bartender must be added for $30 per hour.
