Wedding Pricing

TownHall Texas offers a wide variety of wedding packages, perfect for your rustic wedding for up to 100 guests in our Lone Star Hall (existing barn) or up to 225 guests in our San Jacinto Hall (new building)!  Our packages range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive and anywhere in between.  Our flexible rental options ensure you are only paying for exactly what you would like us to provide!  On average, our couples spend approximately $11,500 for their wedding at TownHall Texas and add on about 5 additional services.  If you're looking for a Micro Wedding or Ceremony Only option, we can do that as well!

Venue Only/ DIY

  • 17-hour exclusive access (8am-1am)

  • 10-acre property

  • Two separate spaces to get ready on site: Live Oak Cabin and Magnolia Suite

  • Two reception halls to choose from

    • 3,000 sqft Lone Star Hall (existing rustic dance hall)

    • 6,000 sqft San Jacinto Hall (new modern farmhouse)

  • Four unique ceremony locations

    • Open air chapel (covered)

    • Palapa on the island (covered)

    • Gazebo

    • Old Western Town

  • Outdoor bar pavilion

  • Stocked 2-acre pond

  • Up to 4 hours the day before (based on availability) to decorate and rehearse

  • Unlimited contact and visits throughout planning process.

  • Use of property for engagement and/or bridal portraits (up to 2 hours each)

  • Tables (60" round or 6' rectangular) and chairs (white resin for outdoor and SJH, brown wooden in LSH)

  • Setup, breakdown, and cleanup of everything we provide

  • Staff member(s) on site all day

  • Bartender(s) included for 5-hour reception

  • All alcohol provided by TownHall Texas.  (All weddings serving alcohol must have security for last 4 hours.)

  • No restrictions on outside vendors

  • Special discounted rates for wedding-weekend rooms at two nearby hotels (one with shuttle).

  • Online Planning Portal with Checklists, Timelines, Floor Plans, Vendor Information, and RSVP Tracking through your Custom Website!

All-Inclusive Wedding Package

In addition to everything included with our Venue Only rental, this package also includes:

  • DJ/MC for ceremony and  reception 

  • Buffet-Style Catering with choice of 4 different caterers, hors d'oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, and upgraded disposable dinnerware

  • Cake: 3-, 4-, or 5-tiered cake or cupcakes

  • Flowers for ceremony and reception

  • Day-Of Coordinator to setup all of your decorations and walk you through rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Linens: tablecloths, overlays, and/or runners for all of your tables

  • Décor Package: variety of décor items includes wood slices, 14" mirrors, mason jars, marquee signs, lanterns, votive candles, and more

  • Full Open Bar: Beer, wine, and liquor

Micro Weddings
 
Perfect option for an intimate ceremony only or ceremony and reception for up to 25 guests.  This rental option includes access to the entire property (except San Jacinto Hall) for up to 3 hours for a ceremony only or up to 5 hours for a ceremony and reception. 
 
We will set up your ceremony site with chairs (or benches in the chapel), lanterns,
and two whiskey barrels.  You are more than welcome to bring in additional décor. 
We can also provide an indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speaker for music.

If you'd like to have a reception after your ceremony, including food and drinks,
hourly pricing is the same as above, with a $500 fee added.  
Includes everything above as well as tables, chairs, ivory or white linens, and a bartender
either inside Lone Star Hall or outside.  Venue rental may be extended up to 5 hours.

*Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays cannot be booked more than 3 months in advance of ceremony date.  Paid time includes entire time on the property.  Please keep this in mind if you are planning to set up any decorations or get dressed on site.
