2024 Graduation Party Special at TownHall Texas
We are so excited you are interested in our venue for your graduation party!
We'll provide your choice of indoor space, set up with tables and chairs, and our gorgeous 10-acre property, plus beer and wine if you'd like any alcohol, then you provide everything else! Choose from 3-, 4-, or 5-hour rentals!

All Graduation Party Special Rentals Include:

Gorgeous 10-acre setting with stocked 2-acre pond (fishing allowed)
-
Four unique outdoor spaces: Palapa on the island of our two-acre pond, gazebo, Old Western Town area, and outdoor bar area
-
Your choice of 3,000 sqft Lone Star Hall (existing barn; up to 100 guests) or 6,000 sqft San Jan Jacinto Hall (new building; up to 225 guests)

Tables (60” round or 6' rectangular) and white resin or brown wood (LSH only) folding chairs
-
Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs

Bring in your own vendors (other than alcohol)

TownHall Texas staff members on site during entire event

Bartender(s) included with all rentals with bar packages
-
Cleanup crew provided after event
-
Includes time (1-2 hours) immediately prior to event to decorate (as early as 8am)
-
3-, 4-, or 5-hour party time (choose your time frame between 10am and midnight)
-
One hour immediately after event to pack up (as late as 1am)
Payment Policy: A down payment of $500 is required to hold date. The balance due is 30 days prior to event.
Alcohol Policy: All alcohol MUST be provided and served by TownHall Texas. Additional alcohol absolutely cannot be brought on to the property (TABC rule, not ours).
